The hotel was a great choice for our weekend getaway. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops in the area. We also enjoyed the beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel.

The hotel offered a restaurant on site, which was convenient after a long day of exploring. The breakfast, although off-site, was also a nice touch. the location of the hotel was perfect for our New Year's celebrations, as it was close to the main events in town.

The service at the hotel was lacking. Wifi was unavailable during our entire stay, and the staff member we reported it to didn't resolve the issue.

The hotel's location near the famous caves was great for visiting them, but unfortunately, the positives stopped there. the room was stuffy, and the blinds did not fully close, causing a lack of privacy. the lighting was dim and made the room feel oppressive. the bathroom was disappointing, with intermittent lights and a general lack of comfort.

The service was poor in this hotel. the restaurant was closed without prior notice, and breakfast was served in a cafe 500m away.
